Wealth Management Trust Officer II – Bankers Trust

Job Summary:

The Trust Officer II performs daily activities related to the administration and maintenance of personal trust, investment management and probate relationships. This position responds to client inquiries and completes special projects for clients as necessary. The Trust Officer II prepares necessary documents to open and maintain account compliance. The position also includes personal sales activity and works closely with the administrative assistant to provide streamlined customer service delivery.

Primary Functions and/or Responsibilities:

• Account maintenance and administration

• Response to customer inquiries

• Completion of special projects

• Completion of necessary documents relating to compliance

• Review and follow-up of sales activities

• Review and follow-up of sales activities

• Communication with clients and advisers

• Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:

•  Four year college degree

• 3-5 years of experience in personal trust preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Advanced degree or certification such as JD, CTFA, MBA or CPA preferred

Specific Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

• Familiarity with legal fiduciary responsibilities

• Familiarity with account compliance responsibilities

• Ability to process detail work accurately and timely

• Ability to follow written and oral instructions
