Part-Time Administrative Assistant at Sawmill Trust Company

Position Overview: Administrative assistant position, open immediately. This position is for approximately 20 hours per week. This role will have flexibility with hours and will be 5 days a week in the office.

Essential Job Functions

  • Order office supplies.
  • Coordinate Board meeting lunches.
  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings.
  • Administrative duties such as filing, copying, scanning.
  • Draft correspondence.
  • Maintain legal client files.
  • Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • General administrative functions, errands to the bank and post office.
  • Special projects as requested.

Requirements

  • 1 – 3 years of general business experience.
  • Trustworthy and discreet.
  • Aptitude for working with employees.
  • Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Works independently with minimal oversight.
  • Excellent communication skills; written, email & phone.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet project deadlines.
  • Light lifting, (i.e. office supplies).
