Part-Time Administrative Assistant at Sawmill Trust Company
Position Overview: Administrative assistant position, open immediately. This position is for approximately 20 hours per week. This role will have flexibility with hours and will be 5 days a week in the office.
Essential Job Functions
- Order office supplies.
- Coordinate Board meeting lunches.
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings.
- Administrative duties such as filing, copying, scanning.
- Draft correspondence.
- Maintain legal client files.
- Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- General administrative functions, errands to the bank and post office.
- Special projects as requested.
Requirements
- 1 – 3 years of general business experience.
- Trustworthy and discreet.
- Aptitude for working with employees.
- Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Works independently with minimal oversight.
- Excellent communication skills; written, email & phone.
- Ability to prioritize and meet project deadlines.
- Light lifting, (i.e. office supplies).
