The South Dakota Trust Association is a founding member of South Dakota Trade, a non-profit association promoting South Dakota products and services through trade missions and reverse trade missions to connect foreign buyers and investors looking to do business in South Dakota. They conduct educational seminars and provide free consultation services to local businesses seeking to expand into foreign markets

South Dakota Trade Expansion Program

  • SD STEP is a local chapter of a federal grant program which reimburses small businesses for eligible expenses related to export development. South Dakota businesses are eligible for $5,000 grants to provide up to 75% reimbursement for a project’s cost.
